Tailor dimensions, strength, or UV ratings to your exact seating design needs.
Each production run includes full tensile, abrasion, UV, and color-fastness reports.
Prototype webbing ships with preliminary test data in 3–5 days for your approval before bulk production.
Choose from nylon, polyester, cotton blends, olefin, or recycled yarns in any Pantone-matched hue, ensuring your webbing complements both indoor and outdoor seating aesthetics.
Specify tape widths from 20 mm to 100 mm and customize pre-tension settings to achieve your desired firmness, delivering either plush comfort or firm support under varying load conditions.
Select from ergonomic basket weaves, decorative twill or herringbone, and open-mesh styles to balance comfort, breathability, grip, and visual appeal in line with your design vision.
Opt for heat-sealed, overlock stitched, or dyed-through borders to prevent fraying, enhance durability, and provide a polished finish that integrates seamlessly with your chair frames.
Enhance performance with water-repellent, UV-resistant, mildew-inhibiting, or flame-retardant treatments. Choose custom hand-feel coatings—matte, soft-touch, or glossy—for precise tactile experience.
Embed logos or patterns directly into the weave with woven-in techniques, or apply full-color graphics using heat-transfer or sublimation for durable, abrasion-resistant brand identification.
Add D-rings, buckles, or tension adjusters in stainless steel, aluminum, or polymer via reinforced stitching or heat-seal attachments, enabling modular assembly and easy installation.
Receive free prototype rolls matching your exact specs within 3–5 days. Select private-label packaging—branded reels, boxes, or sample kits—to streamline product presentations and inventory management.
From initial concept to finished rolls—our meticulous workflow ensures every meter of chair webbing meets your exacting standards.
Collaborate on webbing style, material, dimensions, and finish requirements to finalize technical drawings and prototype specifications before production begins.
Procure certified fibers—nylon, polyester, cotton blends, olefin, or recycled yarns—and perform incoming quality checks on strength, color, and integrity.
Align, clean, and tension warp and weft yarns on precision creels to guarantee uniform density and smooth weaving performance.
Configure shuttle looms or rapier machines with selected yarns, adjust tension settings, and program weave patterns to match your design specs.
Execute the chosen weave (basket, twill, herringbone, mesh) under real-time tension control, creating consistently structured webbing with accurate repeat patterns.
Pass woven straps through thermal ovens to lock fiber orientation, stabilize dimensions, and eliminate post-weave shrinkage or distortion.
Apply edge seals, overlock stitching, and optional coatings—UV, water-repellent, mildew-resistant, or flame-retardant—to enhance performance and longevity.
Precisely cut to your specified lengths, conduct batch testing for tensile, abrasion, and colorfastness, then private-label package rolls for secure global shipment.

For most seating applications, high-tenacity polyester webbing offers the best balance of UV resistance, colorfastness, and abrasion durability—making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor chairs.
Chair webbing consists of woven straps—usually nylon, polyester, cotton, or olefin—stretched across the seat frame to support upholstery or fabric, providing both structural integrity and comfort.
Measure the length along the intended path (frame to frame), adding extra for attachment and tension. Width is determined by comfort needs—typically 20–100 mm depending on seat size.
Indoor: Cotton blends or nylon for a soft hand feel and elasticity
Outdoor: UV-stable polyester or olefin—resistant to sunlight, moisture, and mildew
Depending on material and weave density, properly installed webbing supports between 2,000 N and 8,000 N (≈200–800 kgf), ensuring safe load-bearing even under heavy use.
Wipe with mild detergent and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry away from direct sunlight. Heat-sealed or overlocked edges minimize fraying; inspect periodically for wear or damage.
MOQ: 200 meters of webbing per specification or 50 completed chair straps
Lead Time: Samples in 3–5 days; bulk orders in 10–14 days, depending on quantity and customization.
Basket Weave: Flat, supportive surface for even weight distribution
Twill & Herringbone: Decorative texture with added grip and tensile strength
Open-Mesh: Enhanced breathability and quick-dry performance
Webbing is secured via staples, tacks, or heat-sealed metal crimps, then tensioned using a webbing stretcher or pneumatic stapler to ensure even tautness across the seat.
With proper material choice and maintenance, quality webbing endures 5–10 years in indoor use and 3–5 years outdoors, depending on exposure to UV, moisture, and load cycles.
