From single to eight-ply layers with precision stitching and heat-sealed eyes, delivering exceptional tear-resistance and fatigue life.
Choose nylon for shock absorption, polyester for low elongation and UV resistance, or specialty blends with chemical-repellent coatings.
Eye & eye, endless loop, choker, and basket styles—each with heat-sealed or wear-pad protection to prevent abrasion on hooks and shackles.
High-tenacity core fibers and mildew-resistant treatments extend sling life in harsh industrial, marine, and outdoor environments.
Rated for –40 °C to +100 °C, with optional treatments for oils, solvents, and moisture—maintaining strength under extreme conditions.
UV-stable printed or woven labels display SWL, batch codes, and safety data, ensuring audit-ready compliance and easy inventory management.
Cut to your exact dimensions with optional pre-fitted shackles, hooks, and D-rings for a turnkey lifting solution.
From construction sites and ports to shipyards and warehouses, our webbing slings provide safe, efficient lifting solutions across every heavy-duty environment.
Tailor every detail of your lifting slings to match your exact rigging requirements:
Specify Safe Working Loads from 1 t to 50 t and choose single-ply up to eight-ply constructions to hit your exact strength and safety margins.
Select nylon for shock absorption, polyester for low elongation and UV resistance, or specialty blends with oil- and chemical-repellent finishes to suit any environment.
Choose eye-and-eye, endless loop, choker, or basket styles—cut to precise lengths or supplied as seamless loops for smooth integration with your lifting hardware.
Opt for heat-sealed eyes, wear-pad protection, or pre-installed hooks, shackles, and D-rings to minimize abrasion and streamline assembly on cranes and hoists.
Apply EN/ANSI color bands and add UV-stable printed or woven labels featuring SWL, batch numbers, and safety data for instant, audit-ready traceability in the field.
Select from bulk rolls, individual shrink-wrap, or boxed sets; include palletizing and complete export documentation (CO, CI, packing list) for turnkey global delivery.
Follow these eight precise steps to deliver slings engineered for safety, strength, and reliability:
We review your lifting requirements, SWL targets, and sling configuration (eye-&-eye, endless, choker, basket) then create CAD mockups for your approval.
High-tenacity nylon, polyester, or specialty blended webbing is selected and tested for tensile strength, elongation, and fabric consistency before weaving.
Webbing layers (single- to eight-ply) are woven or laminated under controlled tension to achieve precise thickness, load capacity, and abrasion resistance.
Eyes are formed by looping webbing ends, then heat-sealed or fitted with wear pads and reinforced stitching to prevent abrasion at load points.
Specialized bars and box-X stitch patterns lock webbing layers together. If specified, pre-install hooks, shackles, D-rings, or other hardware for turnkey readiness.
Slings receive EN/ANSI color bands and UV-stable printed or woven labels indicating SWL, batch codes, and safety data for instant on-site identification.
Each batch undergoes break-load, elongation, and fatigue tests. We issue EN 1492-1, ANSI B30.9, and optional third-party certificates to verify compliance.
Slings are coiled, tagged, and packed in export-grade cartons or shrink-wrap. We provide palletizing, complete documentation (CO, CI, packing list), and DDP/FOB shipping.

Answers to your top questions on selection, customization, and care for Szoneier’s high-performance webbing sling
A web sling is a lifting device made from high-strength woven synthetic webbing (nylon, polyester, or blends) used to hoist and rig loads. It wraps around or hooks onto cargo, offering a flexible, non-metallic alternative to chain or wire rope slings.
Typical service life ranges from 1 to 3 years under normal industrial use. Lifespan depends on load cycles, abrasion, chemical exposure, and maintenance. Regular inspections and proper storage can extend sling life; replace immediately if any damage is detected.
Per EN 1492-1, a Type 3 sling has two eyes and a central bearing section. The eyes form the connection points to hooks or shackles, and the bearing section carries the load—commonly called an “eye & eye” sling.
Chain slings use metal links for maximum heat and abrasion resistance but are heavy and rigid. Web slings, made of synthetic fibers, are lightweight, flexible, and less likely to damage delicate loads, but require strict protection against sharp edges and chemicals.
Visually examine for cuts, fraying, stitching damage, or chemical discoloration. Check label legibility and markings. Perform a light pull-test to confirm even tension. Remove from service if any defect is found.
Nylon slings absorb shock and offer elasticity, making them suitable for moderate dynamic loads. Polyester slings have limited stretch and are better for steady, static lifts. For severe shock loading, consider specialty elastic or hybrid slings.
Yes—nylon slings typically elongate 4–7% at rated load for shock absorption, while polyester slings elongate 2–3%. Minimal stretch helps prevent sudden load shifts; select material based on your application’s stability requirements.
Keep slings in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Store on racks or hooks—never folded or hung on sharp edges. Proper storage preserves strength and prevents premature wear.
Each sling batch is tested to EN 1492-1 and ANSI B30.9 standards. We issue Material Test Reports (MTRs), batch certificates, and optional third-party lab reports, plus full inspection logs for audit-ready traceability.
