Design Review & Technical Evaluation

Webbing Weaving

High-tenacity yarns (polyester, nylon, cotton, UHMWPE, etc.) are woven on precision looms. Tension, width, and density are digitally monitored to ensure consistent quality across both small and large runs.

Functional Finishing

Need flame retardancy, UV resistance, water repellency, anti-fray edge coating, or pigment dyeing? We apply application-specific treatments to enhance performance, durability, or branding aesthetics.

Cutting, Sewing & Sample Prototyping

Every order is inspected for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and strength. Optional in-house testing includes abrasion resistance, elongation, fire resistance, and tensile strength certification.
